Wireframing

I made this wireframe for Givelify, while envisioning what a redesign and restructuring of the Support Center could look like.

User Flow Maps

User Pathways Analysis

I made this deisgn for Givelify Analytics Studio, when all user pathways were not clearly known. My map covers screens, modals, tabs, and states.

Sitemap Restructuring

While I was tasked with redesigning and recreating the Inworks site, I planned the migration of the content into a new site architecture, where the the new sitemap was streamlined and had more logical user journeys.

User Interface Creation

CMS and Low Code

I used the Sitefinity CMS and a bit of my own code (for the animation) to create this page for Inworks.

While my UI creation is largely low code these days, I break out my coding skills every now and then for special applications like the one on the right. I developed screens and functionality for the SEEE Project (CU Denver), coding in HTML, CSS, and a new framework for me, D3.JS.

I studied Digital Design and Political Science while at CU Denver, making Deans List in both the College of Arts and Media (CAM) and the College of Liberal Arts and Science (CLAS).

I graduated with 21 college credits, received the service cord (150+ community service hours), and was a member of the National Honor Society.

Work Experience

Web Development Specialist

University of Colorado (Inworks)
February - June (2022)

Under the College of Engineering (Inworks), I was tasked with the recreation/redesign of the Inworks website. I created wireframes and sitemaps, as well as creating pages within our CMS. I used bootstrap, external plugins, coding (HTML, CSS, and JS). I also wrote content and metadata.

I also worked on the SEEE project with the External Programs team, assisting with development, testing, and migration.

Designer Intern

Givelify
March - November (2021)

I primarily worked on user experience and content design/production at Givelify. The majority of the time, I worked on blog posts, wireframing/mockups, analytics, SEO optimization, and audience research.

Communications Intern

Clean Water Action
August - December (2020)

I worked on any communications that needed to be pushed out. I worked on social media content, targeted email campaigns, document editing/writing, graphic design, blog posts, and helped clean up the website using our CMS.

Freelance Web Designer

July 2020 - March 2021

I created, maintained, and secured websites using  coding (HTML, CSS, PHP, Python, XML, and JavaScript) and/or a CMS (WordPress, Drupal, and SquareSpace) for small businesses, places of worship, or nonprofit organizations.

I also have a background in coding, though I no longer do coding as my primary job anymore. I have experience doing HTML, CSS, JS (D3, ChartJS, React), PHP, Python, and XML.
